I’ve been running for over thirteen years, and while reading this book I started to realize that I’ve been training the hard way. I look forward to listening to these dreuer on my long run days, as they have taught me so much and really help me pound out the miles.


As such I didn’t have the benefits of high school or college coaching or advice. I have been listening to this podcast for the past year and enjoy it.
