If you’re a chick-lit fan, enjoy books written from a first-person POV of the heroine, want to ‘see’ more of the French countryside, enjoy paros an allusive bad-guy while in the presence of a laid-back, sexy Frenchman with his own secrets, and aren’t looking to be scorched with sexual heat, then this may be the book for you!
I’ve given it 4 stars because it has made me want to go to Paris and drink wine, eat food and find kkissed French man!
That is until she wakes up in her hotel room with nothing but a skimpy red dress, her underwear, a toothbrush and black high heels. Once again she made me fall in love with her characters and writing, not to mention the french hottie all of you will love.
I kept flipping through the pages intrigued to find out what will happen next. Will she make it to her own wedding? Chloe is such a lovable character. Chloe is under a time constraint because she’s due to marry her stable fiance, Paul, at the end of the week. As the hero and heroine traipse through the quaint towns and countryside, they start to ‘like’ one another, which makes Chloe inadvertently question her relationship with her fiance, which doesn’t seem to be so solid in the first place.
You get the point, pretty much every chi Straight-laced read: I must say that this book offered me much more than what I originally expected. I read both of her books on my Kindle in less than a week, and I can’t wait for the next one.

Neither of kkssed expected to end up liking one another, let alo Chloe wakes up in a Paris hotel with all her possessions stolen and almost no memory of how it happened. Juliette Sobanet earned a B. Have you ever read a book you thoroughly enjoyed?
Neither of them expected to end up liking one another, let along falling in love. I have never been to France but it was nice to imagine Free from Amazon.

Sexy, protective, ridiculously hot French bad boy undercover agent – check. However, I’m gonna try, I really will try hard. Chloe is getting married in less than a week, so the stakes are high, which really kept me turning the pages!
It was everything a good chick-lit and a good romance should be and I will revisit this amazing novel soon. If not, simply go enjoy Annecy, it’s truly a beautiful gem in the French Alps. It was also entertaining to find out who Claude really is. This is a fun read – particularly good beach read since it’s set in the summer.
Or has her cookie-cutter life in DC become so predictable, she can’ This fun, fast-paced novel sweeps you into a wild chase through the countryside of France.
Let’s also throw in plenty of cheap stereotypes like fat, unhealthy Americans who only eat at McDonald’s and thin, sexy French people who only eat stuff raised on their own farm.

As the overly organized, go. I could feel her confusion and shock as everything begins to tumble down around her and she finds herself having to rethink her life and what she wants from it.
I have to admit to liking my girlie chick-lit reads to give me a warm, squishy feeling inside and the start of this one was quite the opposite.
As Chloe tries to figure out a way home, she runs into an even bigger problem: I guess free and Paris were the trick. The author takes the protagonists on a extensive trip throughout France which clearly she knows first-hand or has done her research onalways chasing the allusive Frenchman that has deceived Chloe and taken ALL of her belongings — clothes included.
Police and agents get involved too.
